And now a moment with… Marianne Cornetti (world famous mezzo soprano): Why does the Pittsburgh Opera so specific to you? “I began my oficial training at the Pittsburgh Opera on 1989. The training here gave me the skills to be thrown to the baby wolves, so to speak, and I’ve used this unique training even today. Why does opera get hold of your soul? What an interesting question! (Pause). I feel as though God has bearing in mind me this gift and I want to use it, and I have over the past 30 years of my career. Your favorite character?
